Delete Your Account

1. Overview

Bookvy is owned and operated by BOOKVY SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (formerly NineSpace Technology). If you no longer wish to use Bookvy, you can ask us to permanently delete your account and associated personal data. This request applies to accounts created in the Bookvy mobile app (student and parent) and on our website.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your learning history, progress, streaks, saved content, and any active subscription linked to that account.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, send an email from the address or with the mobile number registered on your account:

• Email us at ninespacetechnology01@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
• Include the name, registered mobile number, and (if you signed in with Google) the email address on the account so we can verify it is you.
• We will verify your identity, confirm the request, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you once it is done.

3. What Gets Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your account profile — name, mobile number, email address, and MPIN/login credentials.
• Your education profile — board, class/grade, medium, school, city, and state.
• Your learning activity — videos watched, notes opened, quiz attempts and scores, study time, streaks, goals, and leaderboard entries.
• The device identifier used to secure and manage your sign-ins.

4. What May Be Retained

We may retain a limited set of records for a longer period only where the law requires it or to protect our legitimate interests, such as:

• Transaction and invoice records required for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.

5. Deleting Specific Data Only

If you want to remove specific information rather than your whole account — for example, correcting your profile — email us at ninespacetechnology01@gmail.com and describe what you would like changed or removed. You do not have to delete your entire account to update your details.
