Bookvy is owned and operated by BOOKVY SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED (formerly NineSpace Technology). By accessing or using Bookvy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on the platform.

If you are using Bookvy on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and MPIN.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may not share account access in a way that violates plan limits or licensing terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Description of Services

Bookvy provides digital learning content, assessments, analytics, parent dashboards, and related tools for students, parents, teachers, and schools. Features may vary by plan, board, class, and account type.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting paid access without notice where practicable.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Paid plans, pricing, billing cycles, and included features are displayed at checkout and on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment partners.
• Subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle selected unless canceled before renewal, where applicable.
• Taxes, if applicable, may be added as required by law.
• Promotional offers, coupons, and trials are subject to their stated terms and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share Bookvy content without permission.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the platform, or interfere with system integrity.
• Upload harmful code, spam, or unlawful material.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user.
• Use the platform to cheat on assessments or violate academic integrity rules set by your school.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or BOOKVY SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED staff.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Bookvy—including videos, text, graphics, software, logos, and assessments—is owned by BOOKVY SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for educational use in accordance with your plan. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. User Content and Feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as assignment uploads or survey responses. You grant BOOKVY SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED a license to use that content solely to operate and improve the services.

Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by BOOKVY SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED without obligation to compensate you.

8. Disclaimers

Bookvy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific academic outcomes.

Educational content is intended to support learning and exam preparation but does not replace school instruction or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOOKVY SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to BOOKVY SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOOKVY SMART LEARNING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required for security or legal reasons.

You may stop using Bookvy at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Bookvy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

We encourage you to contact support first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
